16 new 8K cameras installed at Viktoria Soccer Centre.
Coverage: both soccer fields + hallway areas.
Purpose: security, safety, discipline, protest/appeals.
Video access process:
Bring a USB stick to Jurgen or Rolland at the front office.
They will upload the requested game footage.
Use Cases for Video Review:
Aggressive incidents (esp. outside referee’s view).
Red cards given for incidents not fully seen by referee.
Player ejections where dispute/appeal is raised.
Clubs must request footage themselves and submit it to VMSL for disciplinary review.

Insurance Coverage
Only registered players are insured.
Spectators and children are not covered under ASA, league, or facility insurance.
Children & Spectators
Children are not allowed to play on the pitch before, after, or during game breaks.
Players are fully responsible for children/spectators they bring.
Facility staff are not babysitters.
Misbehavior by children/spectators can result in the player being penalized.
Progressive Consequences
Violations lead to escalating facility bans for players who bring non-compliant spectators.
Food & Drink Policy
No food (including gum, seeds, or snacks) allowed beyond pitch doors.
Water in plastic/metal bottles permitted on turf.
Spill-proof travel mugs are currently allowed.
Ball Use
No kicking or bouncing balls in hallways.
